Create a complete operations manual for complex piling rig equipment from multiple sources, promoting safe operation while maintaining productivity.

Our Approach

Toggle switch matrix: 6 toggle switches documented across 4 rotary positions. Each combination detailed. Up and down functions specified. Mode-dependent operations clarified. 48 distinct control combinations mapped.

Multi-directional lever precision: Left and right control levers documented with directional functions. Kelly winch operations. Uppercarriage rotation. Leader tilt controls. Drilling drive positions. 22 separate movements defined across varying rotary modes.

Display screen decoding: Status bar with operational warnings. Icon library created with functional descriptions. Error message indicators. Limit switch notifications. Operating mode displays. Real-time load readings for auxiliary winch, crowd winch and Kelly winch.
